Computational Vision


We usually admit applincants who are interested in the related fields of computer vision, image processing, medical imaging, pattern recognition, and who have a good background in relevant mathematics, computer science, and engineering. The admission process is highly competitive, and applicants are encouraged to contact individual faculty whose research falls in the area of interest.

Brown is one of the world's strongest center for computational and human vision with faculty in several departments:

Brown is located in a medium size city, Providence less than an hour south of Boston and three hours north of New York city. Providence is a charming city that has gone through a recent renaissance.
