This talk will give an informal overview of some of the industrial vision applications that have been taking place at Bogazici University, BUPAM Laboratory. We will outline the basic ideas and the underlying challenges and difficulties and some results. The projects discussed include the European Project EUREKA 1770: ST JOSEPH 2000, "A New generation wood working machinery and advanced distributed system with vision technology for agile furniture factory and JIT enterprise," "Automated Nut Inspection System," "Motor Defect Inspection System."
